Reservations:
Seeking individuals with excellent telephone communication skills. Must be proficient with data entry and well versed with Windows programs. Destination knowledge a plus, but we have an excellent training program. Must be able to work in our Maryland office.
Sales Manager:
Seeking a proven sales manager capable of working within a defined territory hiring and managing a Campus Representative workforce. Must be willing to travel for on-campus promotions and management. Only individuals with strong organizational skills need apply. Must be proficient with Windows-based contact management software (i.e., ACT).
Destination Reps:
This is the job everyone wants. A 3-6 week (February-April) commitment is required. Responsibilities include assisting student travelers at destination arrival, hotel check-in, orientation, attending functions & activities, and assisting with departures. Candidates will have CPR certification and strong swimming skills. Also required are excellent customer service and organizational skills.
